Miratech in Boston seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Workforce Management product stream, building an enterprise-scale solution for forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time adherence in a contact center environment. You will use Java and Spring Boot for backend, React with TypeScript for frontend, and Node.js for integrations, translating complex rules into maintainable software.

CX platforms and WFM processes experience is a plus.

Formación

• 8+ years of full-stack development
• Strong understanding of workforce management concepts
• Experience with Java/Spring, REST services, and frontend frameworks
• Frontend with Angular/React, TypeScript, testing practices
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native deployments

Responsabilidades

• Design workforce planning, forecasting, and scheduling capabilities
• Build microservices for forecasting, staffing, and reporting
• Develop responsive workforce applications using TypeScript/React
• Define REST APIs and OpenAPI contracts
• Containerize services and contribute to CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
