Job summary

Miratech Group is seeking a Full Stack Java Engineer to design, develop, and support cloud-native applications powering Workforce Management (WFM) and related operational processes.

You will use Java/Spring Boot for backend services and React/TypeScript for frontend work, with Node.js where appropriate. Experience with WFM/CX or contact center solutions is a plus; remote-friendly culture and global delivery model are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with production applications.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring (Boot, REST, persistence, security, testing).
• Frontend experience in React/TypeScript; HTML/CSS; modern testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services with Java/Spring Boot.
• Build modern web apps using React/TypeScript with reusable components.
• Develop and consume REST APIs with OpenAPI/Swagger contracts; ensure error handling.
