Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Engineer to join the Workforce Management product stream. You will design and build enterprise-scale services using Java/Spring Boot and React/TypeScript, delivering forecasting, scheduling, and real-time adherence features for contact centers.

You will work across teams, implement REST APIs, maintain data models in PostgreSQL, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines in a cloud, containerized environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Experience with Java, Spring technologies, REST services, security, and persistence.
• Solid frontend development with TypeScript/React and modern testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and optimization capabilities using Java, Spring Boot, and domain-driven design practices.
• Build microservices for forecasting, staffing calculations, schedule generation, shift management, adherence, exceptions, and operational reporting.
• Develop responsive workforce applications using TypeScript and React, with accessible workflows for planners, supervisors, and employees.
• Design and consume REST APIs using an API-first approach; define and maintain OpenAPI/Swagger contracts and versioning standards.
• Implement event-driven workflows that ingest and publish schedule changes, agent states, queue metrics, forecasts, and adherence events.
• Integrate WFM capabilities with CX platforms, HR systems, payroll, identity services, and data platforms.
• Model workforce data in PostgreSQL with attention to history and performance.
• Containerize services and contribute to cloud-native deployment patterns and CI/CD pipelines.
