Miratech is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Engineer to join the Workforce Management stream. You will build enterprise-scale solutions for forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time adherence in contact centers using Java, Spring Boot, and React/TypeScript.

You will design REST APIs, implement event-driven workflows, integrate with CX platforms and HR systems, and craft scalable data models in PostgreSQL. Remote-friendly with global delivery capabilities.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with production ownership.
• Strong understanding of workforce management concepts or large-scale enterprise software is a plus.
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, REST services, security and data persistence.
• Front-end experience with React or Angular, TypeScript, and modern testing practices.
• Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and API-first design.
• Familiarity with AWS, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement enterprise-scale workforce management capabilities using Java, Spring Boot, and domain-driven design principles.
• Build microservices for forecasting, staffing calculations, scheduling, adherence, and reporting.
• Develop responsive web applications with TypeScript and React for planners and operators.
• Define and maintain OpenAPI/Swagger contracts and versioning standards.
• Implement event-driven workflows and integrate with CX, HR, payroll, and data platforms.
• Collaborate across Product, QA, DevOps, and Operations teams to deliver solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement.
