Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design and support scalable cloud-native apps powering Workforce Management (WFM) and Customer Experience (CX). Expect Java/Spring Boot backend, React/TypeScript frontend, and Node.js for supporting components; experience with WFM/CX or contact centers is a plus.

You will design REST APIs, build microservices, and work across Product, UX, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams to deliver robust software across the stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack development with production apps.
• Strong Java and Spring expertise, REST services, testing.
• Frontend with React/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, modern tooling.
• Experience with cloud-based and containerized apps.
• Proven ability to design REST APIs and microservices.
• Solid SQL skills; PostgreSQL or similar databases.
• Ability to document clearly and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services with Java/Spring Boot.
• Build modern web apps using React, TypeScript, and responsive UI.
• Develop and consume REST APIs; maintain OpenAPI contracts.
• Design modular solutions with microservices and patterns.
• Use Node.js for lightweight services and tooling when needed.
• Design/optimize PostgreSQL data models and queries.
• Implement integrations via REST, webhooks, and messaging.
• Containerize apps and contribute to cloud deployment patterns.
• Build Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines with tests and deployments.
• Instrument apps with logging, metrics, tracing and error reporting.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve performance and resilience.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, and Architecture.
