Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Workforce Management product stream. You will build enterprise‑scale solutions for forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real‑time adherence in a contact center environment.

Use Java/Spring Boot on the backend and React/TypeScript on the frontend, with Node.js for integrations where needed. You will design REST APIs, implement microservices, and work with OpenAPI contracts while collaborating with Product, Operations

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in full‑stack software development with production ownership.
• Deep understanding of workforce management concepts: forecasting, staffing, scheduling, adherence, intraday management, and service level management.
• Experience with complex business rules engines, optimization logic, and scheduling workflows.
• Strong Java/Spring expertise: Spring Boot, REST, security, persistence.
• Frontend: React/TypeScript; modern testing practices and component‑based design.
• Experience with REST API design, microservices, and event‑driven architectures.
• Experience with AWS, data integration, and cloud containers is preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to produce technical docs and lead workshops.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and optimization using Java, Spring Boot, and domain‑driven design.
• Build microservices for forecasting, staffing, schedule generation, shift management, adherence, and reporting.
• Develop responsive workforce apps with TypeScript/React for planners, supervisors, and employees.
• Define and maintain OpenAPI/Swagger contracts and versioning standards.
• Implement event‑driven workflows for schedule changes, agent states, queues, forecasts, and adherence.
• Integrate WFM with CX platforms, HR, payroll, CRM, and data warehouses.
• Model data in PostgreSQL with focus on integrity, history, and performance.
• Containerize services and contribute to cloud‑native deployment patterns and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance, concurrency, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate needs into deliverables.
