Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable cloud‑native applications powering WFM, CX, and operational processes. You will use Java/Spring Boot for backend services, React/TypeScript for frontend, and Node.js where appropriate for supporting components.

This hands‑on role requires strong fundamentals, API‑first development, and production support. Experience with WFM/CX or contact center solutions is a plus, with opportunities to work across microservices,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full‑stack software development experience.
• Hands‑on with Java and Spring technologies, including Spring Boot.
• Frontend experience with React/TypeScript or Angular.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Strong SQL skills and PostgreSQL data modeling.
• Experience with cloud, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services in Java/Spring Boot.
• Build modern web applications with React/TypeScript and reusable components.
• Develop and consume REST APIs with clear OpenAPI contracts.
• Design modular, maintainable microservices and event‑driven patterns.
• Use Node.js for lightweight services and integrations when appropriate.
• Model and optimize PostgreSQL data structures, queries, and auditing.
• Integrate systems via REST, webhooks, and messaging patterns.
• Containerize apps and contribute to cloud deployment and config management.
• Build Jenkins CI/CD pipelines with automated tests and quality gates.
• Instrument apps with logging, metrics, tracing, and error reporting.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
