Miratech Group is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable cloud-native applications powering Workforce Management, CX, and operations. You will work with Java, Spring Boot on the backend, React with TypeScript on the frontend, and Node.js where appropriate, contributing end-to-end through production support.

The role emphasizes designing robust REST APIs, microservices, and data models in PostgreSQL, with containerization and cloud deployment patterns.

Competenze

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience, including production applications.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Spring technologies, particularly Spring Boot, REST services, persistence, security, and automated testing.
• Frontend development experience with Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, component-based design, state management, and modern testing practices.
• Familiarity with Node.js for lightweight services, integrations, build tooling, or supporting components.
• Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and maintainable applications in distributed environments.
• Strong SQL skills and experience designing efficient data models in PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases.
• Experience developing, deploying, or supporting cloud-based and containerized applications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to produce clear technical documentation and participate in client-facing workshops.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and secure API design.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or comparable messaging and event-streaming technologies.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, observability tooling, and secure software delivery practices.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and established software engineering practices.
• Build modern web applications using React, TypeScript, reusable components, responsive layouts, and accessible interaction patterns.
• Develop and consume REST APIs using an API-first approach; maintain OpenAPI/Swagger contracts and error handling.
• Contribute to modular, maintainable solutions using microservices and appropriate design patterns.
• Use Node.js for lightweight services, backend-for-frontend components, integrations, or tooling.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL data models and queries with attention to integrity and performance.
• Implement and support reliable integrations with internal and external systems via REST APIs and messaging.
• Containerize applications and contribute to cloud deployments, config management, and environment consistency.
• Build and maintain Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and quality gates.
• Instrument applications with logging, metrics, tracing, and actionable error reporting.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance, resilience, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and other engineers in design sessions and reviews.
