Miratech is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Workforce Management product stream, delivering enterprise-scale solutions for forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time adherence in contact centers.

The role emphasizes Java/Spring Boot backend, React/TypeScript frontend, and Node.js support for integrations. Strong CX workflow knowledge is a plus and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong Java/Spring and React/TypeScript skills.
• Solid SQL and PostgreSQL capabilities.
• Experience designing REST APIs and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design workforce planning, forecasting, and scheduling capabilities.
• Build microservices for forecasting and scheduling.
• Develop responsive React applications for planners and staff.
• Define OpenAPI contracts and API versioning.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations Research, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Troubleshoot performance and reliability issues.
