Miratech is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Workforce Management product stream. You will build enterprise-scale solutions for forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, real-time adherence, and intraday management in a contact center environment.

You will work with Java/Spring Boot on the backend, React with TypeScript on the frontend, and Node.js where needed for integrations. Ideal candidates translate complex workforce rules into maintainable software, with practical

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong understanding of workforce management concepts is a plus.
• Experience with Java and Spring technologies, especially Spring Boot, REST services, security, and persistence.
• Frontend development experience with Angular or React, TypeScript, and modern testing practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and optimization capabilities using Java, Spring Boot, and domain‑driven design practices.
• Build microservices for forecasting, staffing calculations, schedule generation, shift management, adherence, and reporting.
• Develop responsive frontend applications using TypeScript and React for planners, supervisors, and employees.
• Design and consume REST APIs with OpenAPI/Swagger contracts and versioning standards.
• Containerize services and contribute to cloud-native deployment patterns and CI/CD pipelines.
