The role suits a hands-on engineer with strong fundamentals who can move features from design to deployment, with experience in WFM/CX or contact center solutions a plus.

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications.
• Hands-on with Java/Spring, React/TypeScript, and Node.js.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services with Java/Spring Boot.
• Build modern web apps using React/TypeScript with responsive layouts.
• Develop and consume REST APIs with clear contracts (OpenAPI/Swagger).
