Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience leading significant mobile initiatives and cross-functional launches.
• Proficient with JavaScript/TypeScript and React Native or native mobile tech.
• Backend and frontend collaboration across web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Ability to define technical strategy and drive architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly goals for your team and guide engineers through ambiguity.
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain and improve monitoring, alerting, and on-call readiness.
