Job summary

Verint Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to partner with senior leaders and provide insightful global financial reporting and analysis for the Fraud & Security Solutions (FSS) business unit.

You will drive forecasts, annual budgets and monthly results, delivering actionable insights to guide strategic decisions across global functions. Strong collaboration with product, supply chain and HR teams is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting with FP&A exposure
• Strong understanding of P&L reporting and variance analysis
• 4-year college degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills, oral and written
• Strong research and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work beyond normal hours as needed
• Ability to adapt to rapid change and think creatively
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Background screening including criminal and credit checks for travel-related roles

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly bookings forecasts supported by active deals and present to senior leadership
• Prepare annual budget and monthly forecasts for global FP&A and collaborate with budget owners
• Analyze actual results vs budgets/forecasts and coordinate corrective entries with accounting teams
• Collaborate with BU leadership to understand product roadmap and align financial processes
• Coordinate with FP&A and supply chain teams to assess forecast impacts
• Review inventory and identify reserves for obsolete/slow-moving products
• Manage headcount forecasting and hiring plans with HR and business leads
• Prepare annual bookings and quota analyses for commissions plans
• Calculate monthly commissions for FP&A employees and submit to payroll
• Perform ad hoc analyses as required
