Job summary

Verint Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to partner with the Fraud & Security Solutions business and senior leaders. You will provide global financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to guide strategic decisions and improve performance.

You will lead the preparation of weekly forecasts, annual budgets, and monthly results while coordinating with accounting, HR, and BU teams. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Finance/Accounting with 4+ years FP&A experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L reporting and variance analysis.
• 4-year degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible to work beyond normal hours when needed.
• Adaptable to rapid change and able to think creatively.
• Excellent time management with focus on deadlines.
• Background and credit checks may be required for travel roles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly bookings forecasts and present to FSS leadership.
• Prepare annual budget and monthly forecasts for FP&A globally.
• Analyze monthly results vs budgets and adjust forecasts with accounting teams.
• Collaborate with BU leadership to align financials with product roadmaps.
• Coordinate with FSS supply chain on forecasts and budgets.
• Review inventory and identify reserves for obsolescence or slow-moving items.
• Manage headcount forecast and hiring plans with HR and business leaders.
• Prepare bookings and quota analysis to support commissions for FSS staff.
• Calculate monthly commissions for FSS employees and submit to payroll.
• Perform various ad hoc analyses as required.
