Verint Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to partner with the Fraud & Security Solutions (FSS) unit and senior leaders. You will deliver global financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting to drive strategic decisions and performance against initiatives.

You will own weekly bookings forecasts, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts, collaborating with BU leaders and HR to manage headcount and commissions planning. Strong analytical skills and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with 4+ years in FP&A
• Strong P&L reporting and variance analysis experience
• 4-year college degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication, oral and written
• Strong research and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work beyond normal hours and adapt to rapid change
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Responsabilités

• Prepare and submit weekly bookings forecasts with active deals for quarterly leadership review
• Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts for the FP&A organization
• Analyze monthly results against budgets/forecasts and adjust accordingly
• Collaborate with BU leadership to align financial processes with product roadmap
• Coordinate with supply chain to reflect forecast impacts in budgets
• Review inventory for obsolete/slow-moving items and reserve requirements
• Manage headcount forecasting and hiring plans with HR and leaders
• Prepare bookings and quota analyses to support commissions plans
• Calculate monthly commissions for FSS employees and submit to payroll
• Conduct ad hoc analyses as needed
