Job summary

You will lead forecasts, budgeting, and monthly results presentations to senior leaders, while coordinating with product and supply chain teams to align financial planning with the product roadmap and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Finance or Accounting
• 4+ years FP&A with key decision makers
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and time management
• Ability to adapt to rapid change

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit weekly bookings forecasts for deals to FSS leadership.
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts for global FP&A.
• Analyze monthly results vs budgets and adjust forecasts.
• Coordinate with BU leadership to align finance with product roadmaps.
• Assess inventory reserves for obsolete or slow-moving products.
• Manage headcount forecast and hiring plans with HR.
• Prepare quota analysis and commissions planning for FSS employees.
• Calculate monthly commissions and submit to payroll.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses.
