Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to partner with the Fraud & Security Solutions business unit. You will deliver global financial reporting and analysis, manage forecasts and budgets, and present results to senior leaders.

The role requires strong P&L analysis, collaboration with HR, accounting, and BU leadership, and the ability to drive strategic financial decisions. The position emphasizes annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and performance insight across the product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 8+ years in Finance or Accounting with 4+ years FP&A experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L reporting and variances.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit weekly bookings forecasts with active deals.
• Prepare annual budget and monthly forecasts for global FP&A.
• Analyze monthly results vs budgets; adjust forecasts accordingly.
• Collaborate with BU leadership to align financial processes with product roadmap.
• Work with supply chain to assess forecast impacts; review inventory reserves.
• Manage headcount forecast and hiring plans with HR and leaders.
• Prepare bookings and quota analyses for commissions; calculate monthly payments.
