Verint Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to serve as the primary finance partner for the Fraud & Security Solutions (FSS) unit.

You will deliver insightful global financial reporting and analysis, support strategic decisions, and lead forecasts and annual budgets with input from senior leaders. You will prepare weekly bookings forecasts, drive budgeting processes, analyze monthly results, and present findings to FSS leadership and Verint executives.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
• 4+ years of FP&A experience with key decision makers
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to rapid change and meet deadlines

Aufgaben

• Prepare and submit weekly bookings forecasts with active deals.
• Prepare annual budget and monthly forecasts for global FP&A.
• Analyze actual results vs budgets and adjust forecasts accordingly.
• Coordinate with BU leadership on product roadmap and financial processes.
• Review inventory and reserves for obsolescence or slow-moving items.
• Manage headcount forecast and hiring plan with HR and leaders.
• Prepare bookings and quota analyses for commission plans.
• Calculate monthly commissions for FSS employees.
• Perform ad hoc analyses as required
