Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. seeks a Senior FP&A Manager to drive global financial reporting and analysis for the Fraud & Security Solutions (FSS) business unit.

You will partner with senior leaders to support strategic decisions, manage forecasts and the annual budget, and present monthly results to budget owners. You will oversee weekly bookings forecasts, BU-aligned budgeting, and variance analysis, ensuring accurate financials and timely insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting with FP&A exposure.
• Strong P&L reporting and variance analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work beyond normal hours when needed.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly bookings forecasts and present results to senior leadership.
• Prepare annual budget and monthly forecasts for the FP&A organization and budget owners.
• Analyze monthly results vs budgets and update forecasts accordingly with accounting teams.
• Coordinate with BU leadership to align financial processes with the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with the FSS supply chain to assess forecast and budget impacts.
• Review inventory on hand and identify reserves for obsolete or slow-moving products.
• Manage headcount forecast and hiring plans with HR and business leaders.
• Prepare bookings and quota analyses to support commissions for FSS employees.
• Calculate monthly commissions for FSS employees and submit to payroll.
• Perform ad hoc analyses as required.
