Job summary

Verint Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to partner with the Fraud & Security Solutions unit, delivering insightful global financial reporting and analysis to guide strategic decisions.

You will lead weekly bookings forecasts, annual budgets, monthly results reviews, and forecast updates; collaborate with BU leaders on product roadmaps and supply chain, and manage headcount, commissions analysis, and ad hoc analyses.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with 4+ years FP&A experience
• Strong understanding of P&L reporting and variances
• 4-year college degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills, oral and written
• Strong research and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to rapid change and think creatively

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit weekly bookings forecasts with active deals
• Prepare annual budget and monthly forecasts for global FP&A organization
• Analyze actual monthly results vs budgets and adjust forecasts
• Collaborate with BU leadership to align financial processes with product roadmap
• Coordinate with supply chain to assess forecast impacts
• Review inventory and identify reserves for obsolescence
• Manage headcount forecast and hiring plans with HR
• Prepare bookings and quota analysis to support commissions
• Calculate monthly commissions payments for FSS employees
• Complete ad hoc analyses as required
