Job summary

Verint Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to partner with senior leaders and drive global financial reporting and analysis for the Fraud & Security Solutions business unit.

The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive-level presentations to inform strategic decisions. You will manage forecasts, annual budgets, product roadmap alignment, and quota-related analyses while collaborating with HR and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Finance or Accounting with 4+ years FP&A experience with key decision makers
• Strong understanding of P&L reporting and variance analysis
• 4-year college degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills, oral and written
• Strong research and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work beyond normal business hours as needed
• Ability to adapt to rapid change and think creatively
• Strong time management and deadline awareness
• Background screening and credit checks as required

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit weekly bookings forecasts with active deals for quarterly leadership review
• Prepare annual budget and monthly forecasts for global FP&A; work with budget owners to recommend changes
• Analyze monthly results vs budgets; coordinate with accounting to record corrections and update forecasts
• Collaborate with BU leadership to align financial processes with product roadmap
• Coordinate with FSS supply chain to assess forecast impacts
• Review inventory and identify reserves for obsolete/slow-moving products
• Manage headcount forecast and hiring plans with HR and business leaders
• Prepare annual bookings and quota analysis to support commissions
• Calculate monthly commissions and submit to payroll
• Complete ad hoc analyses as needed
