Job summary

Verint Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, FP&A to partner with the Fraud & Security Solutions group. You will lead global financial reporting, forecasts, budgets, and analyses to guide strategic decisions across the BU and with senior leaders.

Responsibilities include weekly bookings forecasts, annual budgets, monthly variance analyses, and collaboration with HR, supply chain, and accounting to ensure alignment with product roadmaps and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• 4+ years of FP&A experience with senior decision-makers.
• 4-year college degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit weekly bookings forecasts with active deals.
• Prepare annual budget and monthly forecasts for global FP&A.
• Analyze actual results vs budgets and update forecasts accordingly.
• Collaborate with BU leadership to align finance with product roadmap.
• Review inventory reserves and headcount planning with HR.
• Prepare bookings and quota analyses to support commissions.
• Calculate monthly commissions payments for FSS employees.
• Perform ad hoc analyses as required.
