Job summary

Verint Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to act as the primary finance partner for the Fraud & Security Solutions business unit.

You will lead global financial reporting and analysis, drive budgeting cycles, forecasts, and provide insights to senior leadership for strategic decisions. You will forecast weekly bookings, manage headcount planning with HR, and coordinate with BU leadership to align finance with product roadmap and supply chain effects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting with FP&A exposure.
• Strong understanding of P&L reporting and variance analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit weekly bookings forecasts supported by active deals throughout the quarter.
• Prepare annual budget and monthly forecasts for the global FP&A organization.
• Analyze actual monthly financial results vs budgets and forecasts; update forecast accordingly and present findings.
• Collaborate with BU leadership to align financial processes with product roadmaps.
• Coordinate with FSS supply chain to assess impacts on forecasts and budgets.
• Review inventory on hand and identify reserves for obsolete or slow-moving products.
• Manage headcount forecast and hiring plan with HR and business leaders.
• Prepare annual bookings and quota analysis to support commissions plans for quota-carrying FSS employees.
• Calculate monthly commissions payments for FSS employees and submit to payroll.
• Perform ad hoc analyses as required.
