Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, FP&A to partner with the Fraud & Security Solutions business, delivering global financial reporting and analysis to guide strategic decisions.

The role drives budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews across regions and product lines. You will own weekly bookings forecasts, annual budgets, and monthly results reviews, while collaborating with BU leaders to align financial processes with the product roadmap and COMMS plans.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Finance or Accounting with FP&A exposure.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders and decision makers.
• 4-year degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and detail oriented.
• Background checks including credit if travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly bookings forecasts with active deals and present to senior leadership.
• Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts for FP&A and budget owners.
• Analyze monthly results vs budgets; adjust forecasts and report variances.
• Coordinate with BU leadership on roadmap and finance processes.
• Work with supply chain to update forecasts and budgets.
• Review inventory reserves for obsolescence or slow-moving items.
• Manage headcount forecast and hiring plan with HR.
• Prepare bookings and quota analyses to support commissions.
• Calculate monthly commissions for FSS employees and submit to payroll.
• Perform ad hoc analyses as required.
