Job summary

Verint is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to be the primary finance partner for the Fraud & Security Solutions (FSS) business unit. You will deliver insightful global financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decisions, including forecasts, budgets, and monthly results for budget owners.

You will lead weekly bookings forecasts, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts, while partnering with BU and HR to manage headcount, inventory reserves, and commissions planning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with 4+ years FP&A experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L reporting and variances.
• 4-year college degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills, oral and written.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work beyond normal business hours as needed.
• Ability to adapt to rapid change and think creatively.
• Strong time management and deadline-driven mindset.
• Background screening including employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, and SS verification.
• Credit check for travel-related roles that require travel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly bookings forecasts with active deals throughout the quarter.
• Prepare annual budget and monthly forecasts for the FP&A org.
• Analyze actual monthly results vs budgets and update forecasts accordingly.
• Collaborate with BU leadership to align financial processes with product roadmap.
• Work with FSS supply chain to identify forecast and budget impacts.
• Review inventory and reserves for obsolete or slow-moving products.
• Manage headcount forecast and hiring plans with HR and business leaders.
• Prepare annual bookings and quota analysis to support commissions plans.
• Calculate monthly commissions payments for FSS employees and submit to payroll.
• Complete ad hoc analyses as required.
