WP Engine is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team and support financial planning, reporting, and forecasting in a remote-first environment. You will administer Workday Adaptive Insights, manage monthly close, budgeting, and partner with G&A functions to drive transparency and efficiency for our SaaS business.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel/Sheets skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

• 3–5 years FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Power user of Workday Adaptive Insights.
• GAAP financial statements understanding.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Experience in a remote-first SaaS environment encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday Adaptive Insights with user management and model maintenance.
• Oversee data integrity and alignment between source systems.
• Manage monthly and quarterly close reporting and P&L commentary.
• Own recurring reporting packages and templates; support board materials.
• Assist budgeting, long-range planning, and ad hoc analyses.
• Partner with G&A leaders for headcount and expense forecasting.
