WP Engine seeks a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and reporting as the company scales. You will administer Workday Adaptive Insights, partner with G&A teams, and drive transparency in budgeting, forecasting, and board deliverables.

The role focuses on data integrity across source systems, monthly closes, and strategic forecasting, offering strong opportunities for growth within a collaborative, remote-friendly Finance team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant FP&A experience in corporate finance or a related field.
• Strong experience with Workday Adaptive Insights (power user preferred).
• Solid GAAP financial statements and FP&A processes understanding.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with financial modeling and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional work.
• Self-starter with ability to plan, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a remote-first workspace.
• Prior experience in SaaS businesses with SaaS metrics understanding.

Responsibilities

• Adaptive Insights Administration: manage users, models, and integrations.
• Financial Planning & Reporting: close processes, P&L commentary, recurring templates.
• G&A Business Partnering: budget vs. actuals, headcount planning, forecasting.
• Assist in ad hoc analyses and scenario modeling to support growth.
