WP Engine is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and reporting across a SaaS business. You will manage Workday Adaptive Insights, ensure data integrity across systems, and partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and Facilities to drive transparent forecasting and budgeting.

The role emphasizes collaboration, analytical rigor, and process improvement in a remote-first finance team. Prior SaaS FP&A experience is highly valued.

Formación

• Proficient with Workday Adaptive Insights (power user preferred).
• Strong understanding of GAAP and FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administer Workday Adaptive Insights and manage user access and model maintenance.
• Lead monthly/quarterly close reporting with P&L analysis and commentary.
• Own recurring reporting packages and templates; improve as needed.
• Support board materials and long-range planning discussions.
• Partner with G&A leaders on budgeting, headcount, and forecasting.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support growth initiatives.
