Job summary

WP Engine is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and reporting across a remote-first finance team. You will administer Workday Adaptive Insights, partner with G&A leaders, and help drive forecasting accuracy for a SaaS-focused business.

You'll manage monthly close, deliver P&L analysis, and contribute to annual budgeting and long-range planning, working closely with IT, HR, Legal, and Finance to align systems and data.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
• Strong experience with Workday Adaptive Insights (power user preferred).
• Solid GAAP understanding and FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Remote-first work style and SaaS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adaptive Insights Administration: user management, model maintenance, issue troubleshooting.
• Financial Planning & Reporting: monthly/quarterly close, P&L commentary, recurring reports.
• G&A Business Partnering: budget vs. actuals analysis, headcount planning, forecasting.
• Support budgeting and long-range planning, ad hoc analyses and scenario modeling.
