WP Engine is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and reporting. The role focuses on managing Workday Adaptive Insights, improving recurring reports, and partnering with G&A leaders to forecast and analyze budget vs. actuals.

The position emphasizes remote-first work, collaboration across Finance, HR, Legal, and Facilities, and opportunities to influence budgeting and long-range planning for a fast-growing SaaS company.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Workday Adaptive Insights (power user experience preferred).
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and common FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and proficiency with financial modeling and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to cross-functional work.
• Self-starter with ability to plan, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a remote-first workspace.
• Prior experience in SaaS businesses with understanding of core SaaS metrics preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Adaptive Insights Administration: manage user access, models, and data integrity.
• Finance Planning & Reporting: close processes, P&L commentary, and templates.
• G&A Business Partnering: budget vs. actuals, headcount planning, forecasting.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Facilities to drive transparency and efficiency.
• Support budgeting, long-range planning, and scenario modeling for growth initiatives.
