Job summary

WP Engine is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and reporting across the Finance team. You will administer Workday Adaptive Insights, optimize integrations with source systems, and partner with G&A to drive transparency in budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities include monthly close, P&L commentary, board deliverables, and long-range planning, with a remote-first, collaborative culture. 3–5 years of FP&A experience and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
• Power user of Workday Adaptive Insights.
• Solid GAAP accounting knowledge and FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Remote-first work environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admin Workday Adaptive Insights including users and models.
• Optimize integration with source systems (Workday Financials, NetSuite, BigQuery).
• Ensure data integrity between NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, and Workday.
• Manage monthly/quarterly close reporting and P&L commentary.
• Support budgeting and long-range planning; ad hoc analysis.
