Job summary

WP Engine is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and decision-making as we scale. You will administer Workday Adaptive Insights, partner with G&A teams, and drive transparency in forecasting and reporting across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in FP&A, strong proficiency with Adaptive Insights and Excel, and a solid grasp of GAAP. This role offers a remote-first environment with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Admin Workday Adaptive Insights, including user management, model maintenance, and issue troubleshooting.
• Manage monthly and quarterly close reporting, providing P&L commentary and analysis.
• Support budget vs. actuals analysis, headcount planning, and forecasting with G&A leaders.
