Job summary

WP Engine seeks a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team and accelerate planning and reporting across the business. You will own Adaptive Insights administration, drive monthly closes, and partner with G&A leaders on budgeting and forecasting in a remote-first environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in FP&A, strong Excel skills, and experience with Workday Adaptive Insights and SaaS metrics. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to enable data-driven decisions at scale.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
• Power user experience with Workday Adaptive Insights.
• GAAP knowledge and standard FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Remote-first work environment; SaaS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admin Workday Adaptive Insights: user management, model maintenance, issues.
• Optimize integrations with source systems (Workday Financials, NetSuite, BigQuery).
• Ensure data integrity and alignment between NetSuite, Adaptive, and Workday.
• Lead monthly and quarterly close reporting with P&L commentary.
• Support annual budgeting and long-range planning processes.
• Partner with G&A leaders on budget vs. actuals analysis and forecasting.
