WP Engine is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and decision-making in a remote-first setting. You will administer Workday Adaptive Insights, partner with G&A leaders, and drive transparency across forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in FP&A or corporate finance, strong Excel skills, and experience with SaaS metrics. This role offers exposure to enterprise-level finance processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of relevant FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
• Strong experience with Workday Adaptive Insights (power user preferred).
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and proficiency with financial modeling and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Adaptive Insights Administration: manage user access, models, and data integrity.
• Financial Planning & Reporting: monthly/quarterly close, P&L commentary, recurring packages.
• G&A Partnering: budget vs. actuals, headcount planning, forecasting with leaders.
• Support budgeting and long-range planning; assist ad hoc analyses and scenario modeling.
