WP Engine is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and reporting as we scale. You will manage Workday Adaptive Insights, partner with G&A leaders, and drive transparency across budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly closes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
• Strong experience with Workday Adaptive Insights (power user preferred).
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling proficiency.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional collaboration.
• Remote-first work environment and SaaS industry experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday Adaptive Insights; manage users, models, and data integrity.
• Lead monthly/quarterly close reporting; provide P&L commentary.
• Support budgeting and long-range planning; assist ad hoc analyses.
• Partner with G&A leaders on headcount planning and forecasting.
