Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 5 years of dispatch/logistics experience or an equivalent combo.
• Experience in dispatching, service scheduling, or logistics coordination is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service events from start to finish, including preventative maintenance and unscheduled service.
• Dispatch technicians to optimize client results and time-based KPIs.
• Monitor events and communicate delays or issues to customers and leadership.
• Maintain open-event backlogs and ensure proper documentation in systems.
