Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service events from initial client request to repair completion.
• Ensure technicians receive events promptly and request additional work when needed.
• Re-assign events not completed in the first pass to optimize outcomes.
• Dispatch work with attention to KPIs and time windows.
• Identify gaps in KPI performance and collaborate with leaders to address them.
• Audit open work requests for compliance and timely updates.
• Monitor events, update customers on delays, and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure quality and timeliness of service.
