Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a National Dispatcher to serve as a subject matter expert in Cox Fleet's dispatch operations. This overnight role manages the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance across multiple markets, coordinating with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of dispatch/logistics experience or an equivalent combination.
• Working knowledge of fleet maintenance operations and trucking industry standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to manage multiple events remotely in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and dispatch or fleet management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service events and dispatch to optimize client outcomes.
• Manage complete lifecycle for preventative maintenance, towing, and unscheduled service events.
• Ensure technicians receive events promptly and identify when additional work is needed.
• Monitor KPI performance and address gaps with local leaders.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve multi-party service issues within deadlines.
