Cox Automotive in the United States seeks a Sr Dispatcher to join Cox Fleet's dispatch operations. You will manage the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance, coordinating across markets with technicians, customers, and third-party vendors.

This is an overnight role with 4:00 PM–10:00 AM shifts. The National Coordinator role requires strong judgment, industry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate across internal partners while modeling best practices and supporting junior team

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in dispatching, service scheduling, or logistics coordination.
• Working knowledge of fleet maintenance operations and transportation logistics.
• Ability to manage multiple events and priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment.

• Service Coordination and Dispatch for fleet repairs and maintenance across markets.
• Manage full event lifecycle from client request to repair completion.
• Ensure technicians receive events promptly and re‑assign incomplete items.
• Monitor events, communicate delays, and uphold service values with customers.
