Job summary

This overnight position runs from 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM, with possible overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in dispatch or logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance operations and trucking standards.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service events from client request to repair completion.
• Dispatch to technicians to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Monitor and communicate delays to customers and leadership.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure quality and timeliness of service.
