Job summary

The role requires hands-on fintech expertise, excellent RFP skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture or deeply technical fintech roles in the US.
• Proven track record leading architecture-driven fintech engagements.
• Hands-on fintech platforms including mobile money, digital wallets, API ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of payments security, data integration, scalability.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to business value for executives.
• Excellent writing, presentation and RFP response skills.
• Collaborative mindset with stakeholders across engineering and sales.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Existing network in US fintech market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to executive presentations.
• Act as lead technical authority in customer engagements for fintech solutions.
• Architect scalable solutions across mobile money, wallets, payments, and APIs.
• Design integration architectures addressing security, compliance, and scalability.
• Build compelling solution narratives linking tech capability to business value.
• Produce technical proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Coordinate handovers to delivery with sales, product, and implementation teams.
• Stay ahead of US fintech trends and regulatory shifts.
• Build reusable technical assets and reference architectures.
• Mentor colleagues to grow presales solution depth.
