Job summary

Ericsson Inc. is seeking a Senior Presales Solution Architect to own the technical presales lifecycle for US fintech engagements.

You will design and articulate scalable solutions spanning mobile money, digital wallets, and payment platforms, and you will translate architecture into demonstrable business value for executives. You will lead architecture discussions, build reference architectures, and collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure feasible, scalable deployments

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture or deeply technical fintech roles in the US.
• Proven track record leading architecture-driven fintech engagements.
• Hands-on fintech platform knowledge: mobile money, digital wallets, APIs, microservices.
• Strong understanding of payments security, data integration, scalability, and resilience.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into business value for executives.
• Excellent proposal, RFP response, and technical writing skills.
• Independent worker in a US-based role with a global team.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical presales from discovery to executive presentations.
• Lead as the technical authority in customer engagements; position Ericsson Mobile Financial Services as the right fit.
• Architect scalable solutions across mobile money, wallets, payments, and APIs.
• Design integration architectures addressing security, compliance, and scalability in US financial services.
• Create narratives linking technical capability to business value for engineers and executives.
• Produce high-quality proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Coordinate handovers to delivery with sales, product, and implementation teams.
• Track US fintech trends and feed insights into strategy.
• Build reusable assets such as reference architectures and demo patterns.
• Mentor colleagues to grow presales architecture depth.
