Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Senior Presales Solution Architect to lead technical engagements in the US fintech space. You will own architecture, demos, and RFP responses, designing scalable solutions across mobile money, wallets, and payments. This role requires deep fintech know-how and the ability to articulate value to engineers and executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture or related deeply technical roles within fintech or financial services in the US.
• Proven track record leading architecture-driven fintech engagements end-to-end.
• Hands-on fintech platform knowledge: mobile money, digital wallets, payments, API design, microservices, cloud-based architectures.
• Strong understanding of payments fundamentals: security, data integration, scalability, resilience.
• Ability to translate deep technical work into business value for executives and engineers.
• Excellent design, writing, presentation, and RFP response skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to architecture and demos.
• Act as lead technical authority in customer engagements for fintech solutions.
• Architect tailored, scalable solutions across mobile money, wallets, payments, APIs, and inclusion use cases.
• Design integrations addressing security, compliance, scalability, and interoperability for US financial services.
• Build compelling narratives linking technical capability to business value for engineers and executives.
• Produce technical proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses differentiating us on merit and value.
• Facilitate handovers to delivery with cross-team collaboration.
• Track US fintech trends and regulatory shifts to feed solution strategy.
