Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth for Mobile Financial Services in North America. The role focuses on creating opportunities, opening new accounts, and closing complex, high-value engagements with strategic clients in the fintech ecosystem.

Qualifications

8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in Mobile Financial Services/fintech.
Strong understanding of digital payments and financial ecosystems.
Proven track record closing complex, high-value deals.
Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Generate net-new business across USA with proactive outreach and pipeline.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure and handover.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships across business and technology functions.
Develop compelling business cases and value narratives for Ericsson MF S offerings.
Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance to win deals.
