Job summary

Ericsson is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across its Mobile Financial Services portfolio in North America. This hybrid role requires creating opportunities, opening new accounts, and closing complex multi-million-dollar engagements with strategic partners and financial institutions.

You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, build executive relationships, and collaborate with product, pre-sales, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in fintech or payments.
• Experience selling Mobile Financial Services to financial institutions.
• Proven track record of new business acquisition and revenue growth.
• Able to close complex, high-value deals.
• Strong network to open new accounts.
• Willingness to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business across target market in USA and related segments.
• Drive consultative and solution selling by understanding customer needs and shaping value-led propositions.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close.
• Develop business cases and commercial proposals to articulate outcomes.
