Ericsson is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth for Mobile Financial Services in North America. The role focuses on creating opportunities, opening new accounts, and closing complex deals, reporting to the MFS Head of Market Development – Americas.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years of enterprise sales in fintech/payments, a strong track record with financial institutions, and the ability to engage executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in Mobile Financial Services, fintech, or payments.
• Experience selling to financial institutions or fintech with regulatory knowledge.
• Proven track record of new business acquisition and revenue growth.
• Ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Generate net-new business across USA & target segments through proactive outreach and pipeline creation.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure and handover to delivery.
• Develop compelling business cases and value narratives for customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape and win deals and maintain CRM accuracy.
• Represent Ericsson at key industry events and client engagements.
