Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in fintech/payments or mobile financial services.
• Experience selling to financial institutions or fintechs with regulatory awareness.
• Ability to engage executive-level stakeholders and close complex deals.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business across target markets in the USA through outreach and strategic account targeting.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing and handover to delivery.
• Develop business cases and commercial proposals that articulate customer outcomes and Ericsson differentiation.
• Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance to shape and win deals.
• Represent Ericsson at industry events and client engagements and maintain CRM accuracy.
