Job summary

MVB Financial Corp. is seeking a Manager, Fintech Pricing Strategy & Economics to own profitability strategy for its Fintech division. You will build models, set pricing methodologies, and advise executives on terms, deposits, and revenue sharing across fintech engagements.

The role partners with the Head of Business Development and Chief Deposit Officer, influencing pricing and financial analysis across the organization. Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Undergrad degree in finance, accounting, economics, business admin, or related field.
• 7+ years banking/Fintech experience.
• Strong Excel modelling and forecasting skills.
• Familiarity with BaaS and payments models.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and influence senior partners.

Responsibilities

• Own Fintech profitability strategy, metrics, and return requirements.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecast 24 months ahead.
• Prepare pricing recommendations for Fintech clients including terms and deposits.
• Lead Finance reviews and present to Fintech Oversight Committee.
• Collaborate with senior Fintech and Deposit leaders on strategy.
• Support pricing discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
