MVB Financial Corp. seeks a Manager, Fintech Pricing Strategy & Economics to own profitability strategy for the Fintech division. You will build financial models, advise on pricing terms, and partner with senior leaders to align pricing with overall strategy.

Remote work is possible; the role requires strong Excel modeling, forecasting, and collaboration with Finance and Business Development teams. Prior banking/Fintech experience is essential.

Formación

• An undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience including banking/Fintech.
• Demonstrated ability to construct complex Excel models.

Responsabilidades

• Own Fintech profitability strategy, including methodology and return requirements.
• Develop and maintain financial models and projections for client profitability.
• Prepare pricing recommendations including deposits, fees, and revenue sharing terms.
• Lead reviews and present recommendations to Fintech Oversight Committee.
• Collaborate with senior Fintech and Finance leaders on strategy and pricing.
