Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in banking and Fintech.
• Strong Excel modeling ability demonstrated in prior work.
• Knowledge of banking economics, deposit pricing and earnings credits.
• Familiarity with BaaS and payments business models.
• Experience forecasting and analyzing unit economics and partner data.
• Ability to lead, manage, and prioritize multiple projects.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with executives.

Responsibilities

• Own Fintech profitability strategy, methodologies, thresholds, and return requirements.
• Develop and maintain financial models and projections for client profitability.
• Prepare pricing recommendations for Fintech clients including terms and pricing structures.
• Lead Finance reviews and present recommendations to Fintech Oversight Committee.
• Communicate strategy and pricing requirements to the Fintech team.
• Build relationships with Fintech personnel to align engagements with financial goals.
• Participate in client meetings and negotiations to support pricing discussions.
• Collaborate with Head of Business Development and Chief Deposit Officer on strategy.
• Serve as liaison for Fintech Finance with external and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure data for unit economics and partner performance is accurate and timely.
• Participate in Liquidity/Capital, Finance, ALCO, and related committees.
• Provide strategic input on balance sheet, liquidity, and capital considerations.
• Own monthly Fintech profitability reports and new client reports.
• Develop Fintech budgeting assumptions and rolling 24-month forecasts.
• Guide Fintech and Finance teams on analytic projects.
